Do I need a wholesale account to buy?

You can browse everything without one, but wholesale pricing, case-pack ordering, and your dedicated rep come with a free wholesale account. Approval is fast: we verify you are in the trade and you are in. Wholesale pricing is shown after the account is approved. Prices are not published on this site.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum order quantity. Fleece styles are ordered in case packs of 20 pieces, and tees in case packs of 50.

I'm a Canadian decorator. How does buying from your US stock work?

Two ways: buy domestically from the Mississauga hub at 426 Watline Ave, Mississauga, ON L4Z 1X2 in CAD, or buy from Buffalo using our resale-certificate onboarding, which handles the NY ST-120 paperwork so US sales tax never touches your invoice. How fast do orders ship?

Orders ship the next business day from the hub nearest you. Our warehouses sit on expressway lanes with fast, frequent carrier pickups, so "shipped" means "moving," not "label printed."

Will my reorder match the color of my last order?

That is the point of our shade-control program: sealed fabric masters, lab dips on the actual substrate, multi-light checks, and numeric Delta E tolerances on every batch. Reorders are matched to the master, not to whatever came off the line that week.

Can I relabel your blanks as my own brand?

Yes. Our styles carry tear-away labels and the line is moving to a relabel-ready architecture that keeps required size, fiber, care, and origin information on a permanent side-seam label while the brand label tears away clean.
