Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Information

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM (EST) are typically shipped the same day via UPS Ground. However, order volume and unforeseen circumstances may affect processing times.
  • There is no minimum order quantity.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation via email upon placing an order. If an order confirmation is not received, please contact our customer service team at csr@milltex.co.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
  • Shipping costs provided during checkout are estimates and may vary based on size, weight, and delivery location.


Customer Pick-up

  • Local customers may arrange pick-up by contacting customer service at (716) 774-2700.
  • Orders must be picked up within 5 days of notification. Orders not picked up within this period will be canceled and restocked with a 15% restocking fee (minimum $25 charge).


International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all international shipping charges, duties, and taxes.
  • International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
