The Milltex 100 Recycled Basic Tee is built as a value-driven, high-volume printing blank for programs that prioritize sustainability, pricing efficiency, and consistent garment performance. Made with 20/S recycled yarn in a 55% cotton / 45% polyester blend, it delivers a stable base for screen printing, DTF, vinyl, and heat-transfer decoration, while offering a comfortable wearing experience suitable for all-day or large-event programs.

This recycled blend tee is reinforced with shoulder taping and flatlock stitching, improving dimensional stability during printing, curing, handling, and repeated washing. Because the fabric contains polyester, an anti-migration base layer is strongly recommended to avoid dye bleed and maintain crisp print edges — especially with whites, neon inks, or high-heat curing setups.
